Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the cyberz.net website. They do not govern penetration testing engagements, which are covered by a separate written agreement, statement of work and Rules of Engagement. This is a template pending review by qualified legal counsel.

Template — requires legal review

Counsel to confirm: governing law and venue, limitation-of-liability enforceability, disclaimer language, IP notices, and interaction with the master services agreement used for engagements.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about CyberZ services and to contact us. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited communications. If you find a security issue, please follow the vulnerability disclosure guidance on the Security & Trust page.

2. No engagement is created by this site

Submitting the contact form or reading content on this site does not create a client relationship or authorize any testing. Services are provided only under a signed agreement with a defined scope and written authorization.

3. Informational content

Content on this site, including methodology descriptions, the fictional sample report and the demonstration certificate, is provided for information only. It is not security, legal or compliance advice, and it does not describe the security posture of any real organization.

4. Compliance statements

CyberZ provides independent technical security testing. CyberZ does not perform SOC 2 examinations or issue SOC 2 reports, is not a PCI DSS assessor, and does not certify compliance with any framework. Descriptions of how testing may support evidence programs are general and non-binding.

5. Certificates and verification

A CyberZ Penetration Testing Certificate confirms that an independent assessment of a stated scope was performed on a stated date. It is a point-in-time record and not a guarantee of security. The public verification page shows only the certificate's status and published fields.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design and content are owned by CyberZ or its licensors. You may not reproduce them except for personal, non-commercial reference or as permitted by law. Third-party names and standards (for example OWASP, PCI DSS, SOC 2) belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberZ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. [Counsel to review and tailor.]

9. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. CyberZ is not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

[Governing law and venue to be inserted by counsel.]

11. Changes and contact
